\"DSCF1287\"<\/a>Last night I did something I rarely do; go to a bar. I’m not much of a drinker, an not the most sociable guy, but when a musician invites you to see his show, you do not turn it down, so I played hooky from work and hit the bar scene for some food, blues, and hopefully a nice woman to talk with. I ‘purtied’ myself up as best I could and set out for a night on the town.<\/p>\n

\"the-blu-pig\"<\/a>The Blue Pig is only a mile down the road from the Lazy Lizard, so I just walked there as the sun was setting over Moab. Since there was no cover-charge I figured it was my duty to order at least a few drinks and a meal. A few drinks for me means I’m there for longer than just a meal, so I hung around for a few hours, sitting with and chatting up the numerous musicians that were playing on stage.<\/p>\n

I called it a night just before 10pm. The food was good and the music was great. What else could I ask for… well, other than that last piece of a perfect-night-for-a-single-guy tri-fecta? Two out of three ain’t bad eh?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
