McIntosh Lake

For 6 years I have lived in this city and only two miles down the road is McIntosh Lake, which I have never hiked. It is not wilderness by any means, which is probably why I have never bothered to hike it.

However, Moose was in need of fresh bushes to sniff (and pee on) so we set out for a short 3.6 mile stroll around the lake. He got to chase some prairie dogs (almost caught one too) and do a lot of sniffing (and peeing). After 1 hour and 17 minutes, we completed the loop around the lake.

This gave me the opportunity to use the EveryTrail app on the phone. I will start logging my hikes/bikes in the future.

I only had my phone with me so the photos are a whopping 3 megapixels…
