2012 United States Grand Prix in Austin, TX

My first ever F1 race, and the entire reason I am in the state of Texas. The past two days has been spent at the new Circuit of the America’s track in Austin spectating the the racing going on. What a joy it is to finally see the F1 cars in person after two decades of being a fan. And tons of credit to the track promoters and designers. Not only a great looking track and event, but they pulled off what I thought was impossible; shuttling a 120,000 people in and out of the track each day on buses without hours and hours of lines. Heck, I think we got in and out of the track faster then if we drove in and parked ourselves.
